1 TB ground flaxmeal + 2 TB water
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup canola oil + 1 packet of coconut oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 TB vanilla
1/4 cup of each (to taste):
almonds, chopped
walnuts, chopped
raisins
cranberries
chocolate chips, mini
sunflower seeds
shredded coconut
(Can also modify just to have shredded coconut and chocolate chips)
